Biography
Melat Kassa joined EPI in 2018 after completing her undergraduate studies. Her role as a research assistant is collecting, recording, and analyzing economic data. In addition, she co-authors, proofreads and edits economic reports, blog posts, and issue briefs for publication. As well as, maintains and updates quantitative and qualitative economic databases. She works on a range of research topics such as wages, housing, trade and manufacturing, taxes, collective bargaining, and so on.
